Accommodations - close to centre in mentioned places
Our centrally located overnight partners on the Moselle are selected middle and superior class hotels, guest houses and inns. All rooms have a bath / toilet or shower / toilet.

Accommodation category standard
In the standard category there are rooms in pensions and guest houses with simple furnishings.

Single room bookings
In many cases, the single rooms booked in your accommodation are double rooms for single use.

Possible start of the journey
For our multi-stage tours, we recommend arriving at the weekend, as experience has shown that availability is then highest.

Holidays Major events
You should book a trip during the holiday weeks, to wine and street festivals or other major events in good time. There may be a surcharge, minimum nights or changes in the program.

Meals Half board Packed lunches
The travel price includes the corresponding rich breakfast for each night of our travel programs. Additional nights and extensions are also included breakfast.

The booking of half board and also packed lunches is possible via the item "Additional services accommodation".

Our tip
Book the packed lunch right away. So you are well equipped during your hikes and independent of the few refreshments at the edge of the trail and their opening hours.

Additional nights Extensions
You can arrive earlier or extend your bike tour afterwards. You can reserve additional nights as a pre- or post-night stay when booking your trip.

Additional costs
This package tour program includes all the services that are expressly listed. The costs for arrival and departure, parking fees, public transport, additional transfers and entrance fees, drinks, meals or tips as well as tourist taxes are not included in the travel price.

We would like to point out that some cities charge a cultural tax or bed tax. These amounts are not included in the travel price and are collected directly at your accommodation.

List of accommodation
Specific accommodation names are not available prior to a fixed booking. The background to this is the possibility of daily arrival, which for us excludes the purchase of fixed room quotas. In addition, we work together with several accommodation partners per location – always matching the respective theme of the trip and the requirements of the individual booking.

Special food and accommodation
Necessary requests for special dietary or allergy-prone nutrition or physical limitations are communicated to our service partners with the fixed booking without obligation.

Short-term travel requests
Even short-term travel requests require a binding booking, as otherwise availabilities cannot be queried. If the trip is not possible due to a lack of availability, we will provide you with an alternative offer upon request. If you do not wish this, your booking will be canceled free of charge.

Invoice
A booking confirmation / invoice is issued to the travel applicant for each booking. If you are traveling as a group, but would like separate invoices, please make separate bookings, stating a group name. Subsequent splitting of processes and invoices is not technically possible.

Payment
The down payment is 30% of the travel price plus insurance premium (if travel insurance is also taken out) after receipt of the booking confirmation. The remaining payment is due four weeks before the start of the journey. For bookings less than 6 weeks before the start of the journey, the entire travel price is due immediately.

Travel insurance
We recommend that you take out travel insurance including travel cancellation, interruption, rebooking fees and luggage insurance. Further information can be found under "Travel planning > Travel insurance" in the menu on our homepage.

Limited mobility
This travel offer is not suitable for people with limited mobility.
