Important information and tips on the booking of your trip that you should be aware of:

Tourist tax and other charges
The respective travel price may be exclusive a local tourist tax of around 2-5 euros per person per day. These amounts are collected directly on site at your accommodation.

Tour operator obligations
As a tour operator, better by MOSEL is responsible for the proper provision of all travel services included in the travel contract and is obliged to provide assistance in accordance with Section 651q of the German Civil Code if you find yourself in difficulties.

Tour operator's obligation to provide assistance
If you require assistance during your stay in accordance with Section 651q of the German Civil Code or wish to report a travel defect that has occurred, please contact the better by MOSEL representative or emergency number provided in the documents.

Reporting defects
Please note your obligation to report any travel defect that has occurred to us IMMEDIATELY.

Complaints
If you have any complaints that you would like to make after your return, please contact better by MOSEL by email.

Consumer dispute resolution
In accordance with Section 36 of the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, better by MOSEL points out that better by MOSEL is currently not participating in voluntary consumer dispute resolution. If consumer dispute resolution becomes mandatory before arrival, better by MOSEL will inform consumers of this in an appropriate form.

European online dispute resolution platform
For all travel contracts concluded electronically, better by MOSEL refers to the European online dispute resolution platform https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Limited mobility
Please note that our trips are generally not suitable for people with limited mobility. Unless otherwise stated for the trip. If you are affected by limited mobility, please contact us individually so that we can check a travel option for you individually.

Replacement person
You can transfer your package tour to another person - within a reasonable period of time and possibly at additional cost. We refer to our terms and conditions.

Travel conditions
The travel conditions of better by MOSEL apply, which you will receive as an attachment to this letter.

Entry requirements
For citizens of an EU member state, the usual obligations to carry an identification document apply. If there are special circumstances or you are a citizen of another country, please contact the relevant consulate or contact us.

Cancellation
You have the option of withdrawing from the contract at any time before the start of the trip against payment of reasonable compensation or, if applicable, a flat-rate compensation fee demanded by better by MOSEL. We refer to our travel conditions in this regard.

Travel insurance
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance or insurance to cover the costs in the event of an accident, illness or death, including return transport. Please note the relevant deadlines for taking out a travel insurance policy.

Special requests
Please note that special requests without express confirmation will only be accepted without obligation and without contractual entitlement and will be forwarded to the service provider.

Short-term changes
Please note that short-term changes to existing reservations after the travel documents have been prepared will incur a processing fee of €25.00.

Services included
This package tour program includes all the services that are expressly listed. The costs for arrival and departure, parking fees, public transport, additional transfers and entrance fees, drinks, meals or tips as well as tourist taxes are not included in the travel price.
